The business was evolving quickly.

The product had advanced. The team was growing. New opportunities continued to emerge. The acquisition by AXS introduced another layer of complexity and opportunity.

The company was ready for a clearer market position, stronger internal systems, a more formal sales organization, and greater visibility across the business. Leadership was making important decisions every day, but many of the processes, reporting structures, and operating frameworks needed to mature alongside the company.

Positioning the Company for Its Next Chapter

We began by establishing a stronger strategic foundation.

Through a comprehensive positioning process, we redefined how WRSTBND communicated its value to the market. The company had become known for access control and event technology, but the broader story was about helping event organizers operate more efficiently, improve attendee experiences, increase revenue, and make better business decisions through data and insight.

That work led to a new brand architecture, messaging framework, audience-specific positioning, and a refreshed market narrative capable of supporting the company's continued growth.

Building a More Mature Brand Platform

The positioning work became the foundation for a broader brand evolution.

TVC led the selection and management of a design partner, oversaw a complete brand refresh, directed the redevelopment of the website, rewrote core messaging, rebuilt sales collateral, and established a content strategy to support future growth.

The result was a brand platform that better reflected the sophistication of the company, its technology, and the clients it served.

Creating Visibility Across the Business

As the company expanded, leadership needed a clearer view of what was happening across sales, finance, operations, and client success. Teams also needed a better way to communicate, align around priorities, and create accountability around goals and KPIs.

We helped create the structure for that visibility.

This included formalizing sales and finance planning processes, leading the redesign and cleanup of the HubSpot pipeline, creating new meeting frameworks, establishing reporting systems, and building operating rhythms that gave leadership greater transparency into performance, opportunities, risks, and resource allocation.

The work created stronger alignment across departments, improved visibility into the health of the business, and a shared framework for identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks.

Formalizing the Sales Organization

Growth had largely been driven by relationships, hustle, and market demand.

As the company expanded, the sales function needed greater structure and scalability.

TVC helped design the organizational framework, develop role definitions, support hiring and onboarding efforts, create growth planning processes, build proposal frameworks, and establish repeatable systems to support future expansion.

We also developed a more strategic process for responding to RFPs, helping the team pursue larger opportunities with greater consistency and confidence. That work contributed to winning one of the largest sporting events in the world and created a repeatable model for future pursuits.
